Cancellation Policy

Utkarsh Agrochem believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order or before 12 pm that comes after placing the order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been processed for shipping.

 

Refund Policy:

  • Easy 7 days refund or replacement.
  • If a wrong or damaged product is delivered, then it has to be informed to us with images within 7 days after delivery. We will initiate a refund or send the replacement product accordingly.

What if you are not happy with the product?  

You can Self Return

If you dislike the product(s) received, you can follow below steps to send the product(s) to us:

  1. You can return the product(s) to us within seven days from the delivery date.
  2. We will send a replacement or initiate a refund for the product(s) to your source account once we receive the product(s) at our warehouse.
  3. You will bear the shipping charges for returning the product(s).
  4. If you have done online payment and you are cancelling the order without any proper reason, the payment gateway charge 3% plus GST will be deducted from your refund amount.
  5. Please share the return waybill details and image of the receipt of the courier partner(s) for our confirmation.
