A: It is pure fertilizer and has some smell. Don’t worry and use as per recommendations.

But take care, this will change colour of water.

A: You can get it tested in a chemical laboratory for Iron Fe content.
Other way is to use it. If your plants are looking yellow and they turn green after its usage, it will be confirmed it is a Fertilizer.
