Technical Composition: Alpha Naphthyl Acetic Acid 4.5% SL

Description:

·         Utkarsh Flower Fix is an aqueous solution containing 4.5% (w/w) of Alpha naphthyl acetic acid active ingredient.

·         Utkarsh Flower Fix is a plant growth regulator used for the purpose of inducing flowering, preventing shedding of flower buds and unripe fruits. It helps in enlarging fruit size, increasing, and improving the quality and yield of fruits.

Method of Application: Foliar Spray

Mode of Action:

·        When sprayed on plants prevents the formation of abscission layer by suppressing ethylene gas produced and hence thereby prevents the shedding of flowers, buds, and fruits.

Direction of Use:

  • Should be sprayed during the cool part of the day.
  • Though compatible with most pesticides but individual application will give good result.

3 sprays at 15-day interval at square formation
(To prevent shedding of flower, square and boll)

First spray: At pruning

2ml per 50liter of water

Second spray: at flowering shoot appears

To control berry drop: -spray on matured grape bunches

10-15 days before harvesting

Mango

1st Spray when tender fruits are of pea size

2 ml per 4.5liter of water

Second spray: when fruits size is marble size

To control mango malformation before fruit bud
Differentiation. (Approx 3 months before flowering}

Pineapple

First spray applies just before expected flowering

20ml in 4.5 liter of water
(Spray to wet whole)

Drench the whole fruit but avoid the spray drift to young crop

10ml in 4.5 liter of water (Spray to wet whole)

Again, wet the whole fruit 2 weeks before harvest

1 ml in 4.5 liter of water. Pour 30 -50 ml sol.

Tomato

At the time of flowering 2 spray
