Cancellation & Refund Policy

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 7-day Return, which means you have 7 days after receipt of your order.
For a successful return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellation Policy
1. Utkarsh Agro does not encourage the cancellation of orders once placed. However, the following considerations shall be taken into account.
2. A customer places the same order more than once for the same product and same quantity within a span of 12 hours.
3. Cancellation shall be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders are already shipped.

Refund
The refund will be processed for the canceled and received damaged orders only and the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly and if the order was C.O.D. Kindly mention Bank Details in the Return Request.
Refunds shall be processed within 21 working days from the date of refund confirmation.

Exchange Policy:
Utkarsh Agrochem understands that sometimes the product received may not meet your expectations, and you may want to exchange it for a different product. Under this policy:

You can exchange the product(s) received with a different product(s) within seven days from the delivery date.
The product(s) should be in the original condition with tags intact and should not be damaged or used.
The customer will bear the shipping charges for exchanging the product(s).
If the price of the new product(s) selected for exchange is higher than the price of the returned product(s), the customer will have to pay the difference in price.
If the price of the new product(s) selected for exchange is lower than the price of the returned product(s), Utkarsh Agrochem will initiate a refund of the difference in price.
Please share the exchange waybill details and an image of the receipt of the courier partner(s) for our confirmation.
